I was inspired by many other brilliant digital humanities projects, which are linked below &#8211; lots to do with Austen, but others cover a broad range of topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I compiled the database using a range of sources and drawing on extensive previous scholarship about Austen in translation. Below are the articles, books, and websites that have informed the project&#8217;s construction and direction, as well as links to a large number of national library catalogues, from which I sourced much of the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But firstly, massive thanks must go to all of the Austen specialists, translations studies experts, and everyone who kindly contributed their suggestions and information for the project.
