About Us
This website was created and is maintained by Dr Kamil Zwolski with support from the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme. Its main goal is to provide practical, user-friendly resources for researchers and teachers in EU studies, with a focus on European security. It also serves as a hub for Dr Zwolski’s Jean Monnet Module and Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence.
Our Focus
Teaching
CeCES will strengthen Southampton’s Politics and International Relations (PAIR) Department as a world-leading hub for European security studies.
Researching
CeCES allows Dr Zwolski and other members to disseminate research on European security.
Innovative pedagogies
CeCES enables innovative, student-centred, research-based teaching in higher education.
European Studies
CeCES promoted both European security and wider EU studies at Southampton.
