James Ball, Politics and International Student at the University of Southampton, won the 2025 UG CeCES Dissertation Award organised by the Centre for Comprehensive European Security. His dissertation was on the topic “To what extent has Kazakhstan’s foreign policy changed following the war in Ukraine”.
